Do On-Site Wedding Services & House Calls for bridal parties or for those
who need pampering but cannot leave their residency. *Travelling charges may apply.
Are Wheel Chair Accessible with private parking available behind our
building. (Please enter our back parking lot from Westminster Drive North.)

Spa Helpful Tips and Guidelines
Appointments - Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment,
to allow time to change & relax. We reserve the right to either shorten or
reschedule appointments if more than 15 minutes late, thank you.
Hygiene – Please be assured that we continuously sanitize according to health board
standards and are inspected on a regular basis and hold an impeccable record.
Deposits & Cancellations – A credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
To secure your preferred time and day, we strongly recommend scheduling your
next appointment ahead of time. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for
cancellations. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, 50% of the service fee will be
charged. If no notice is provided, the full cost of the service will be charged.
Cancellations must be made via phone, not by email. Submitting your credit card
information upon booking, confirms your agreement to our cancellation policy.
Gratuities – If you feel you’ve received excellent service, we thank you in advance
for showing your appreciation. Gratuities can only be given in cash or debit. For
group bookings of 6 or more, an automatic gratuity of 15% will be added. Any
additional amount is optional & greatly appreciated.
Children – We love & are happy to serve them, however we kindly request
that those under the age of 12 only be brought into the spa area if necessary
or while having a service done & must be accompanied by an adult at all
times, thank you.
General – We kindly ask that cell phones be set to vibrate & use a quiet voice
when in treatment areas, so that others may completely relax.
Gift Cards – We welcome you to treat yourself or a loved one to a specialty
customized gift card; which may be redeemed in goods & services. All gift cards
should be treated as cash, are non-refundable, have no cash value & may not
be applied as payment to any account. We are not responsible for lost/stolen
or damaged gift cards, thank you. In order to redeem gift cards, please ensure to
have it present at time of payment.
